How your enquiry is handled
When you submit the contact form, your details are stored securely in this website's database and an email notification is sent to andy@brighton-website-design.co.uk so we can reply to you. Outgoing email is delivered via a transactional email service (Fluent SMTP) connected to this site.

We keep cookies to a minimum. At the time of writing, this site does not use analytics or marketing cookies – only the strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function. If that changes in future (for example, if we add analytics), you'll be asked for your consent via the cookie banner on this site, and you can review or change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings control.

We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries on our behalf – currently our web hosting provider and our transactional email provider – strictly for that purpose, and under terms that require them to keep it secure.

We keep contact form enquiries for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and to keep a record of business correspondence, after which they are deleted. If you'd like us to delete your enquiry sooner, just let us know using the contact details above.
